First Time Access

If this is your first time accessing the NTAA members area, you may need to retrieve your access details from NTAA. To do this online, you have two options:

1. If you have access to the registered email address listed for your company at NTAA, go to the password lookup form. Your details will be sent to the registered email address.
2. If you do not know your registered email address (listed at NTAA) or do not have access to it, use the form below to request access to the site.

When you fill in this form, your details will be sent sent to an NTAA staff member. The staff member will then check your details and contact you to arrange your access. It may take up to 1 business day to verify your details and contact you back. If you require urgent assitance, please contact NTAA on 1800 808 105 (Free call).
