The advice you receive comes from fifteen journeyed tax people with years of experience in the Tax Office, professional practices and/or industry.

Every query received, and answer given, is logged into our computer system for later retrieval if members need to demonstrate that they have exercised "reasonable care".

Voice is an easy-to-read and practical update for members pressed for time in our busy tax environment.

With eleven issues a year, at the beginning of each month, it keeps members updated on the latest tax changes, rulings and cases.
