We know tax. In fact, we have a growing number of full time technical tax specialists, whose objective is to constantly source the correct answer and then provide a practical solution to our members’ particular problems.

Service

Members are entitled to 3 free 10 minute calls a year to our very own TaxTeam, plus discounted prices for our seminars and products and other services that are exclusively available.

You place a call to our TaxTeam by calling 1800 808 105 or (03) 9209 9999. We will call you back (normally) within the hour to discuss your tax query with you. If we can’t answer your query immediately, we research the matter for you – all at no additional cost.

Representation

We represent our members by lobbying the Government, the Tax Office, other interested parties and participating on the ATO’s peak tax forums.
